Terms & refunds

DRAFT: review before launch.

The season pass

$10, paid once. Not a subscription: nothing renews and your card is never charged again. A pass covers one season: the next men's NCAA tournament that hasn't finished on the day you buy. Bought in September 2026, it covers the 2027 tournament; bought during the 2027 tournament, it covers 2027; bought after the 2027 championship game, it covers 2028.

Refunds

No refunds once you've built a portfolio. A portfolio is built the moment you press Build on the portfolio page with your pass, whether the builder filled every game or you'd already locked them all yourself. That's the paid product, and once it's delivered it can't be taken back.

If you haven't built one yet (you bought by mistake, or changed your mind), email support@brackethedge.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. There's no refund button; every refund goes through that address.

The free tools (bracket builder, simulate, matchups, simulations) are free for everyone and have nothing to do with the pass.

What the numbers are

Every probability here is a model's estimate. None is a guarantee, and nothing on this site is betting or financial advice. Use it to enjoy your pool, not to risk money you can't afford to lose.

Fair use

The free tools are free for everyone. Please don't hammer the portfolio server with automated requests.
